Privacy Policy

How mobilityinfra.ai collects, uses, and protects your data across our Device-as-a-Service and Asset Tracking offerings.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how mobilityinfra.ai ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you interact with our website, products, and services. We operate two separate, independently-adoptable offerings: enterprise-grade Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) managed Android tablets secured end to end by WeGuard, and a standalone beacon-class Asset Tracking product.

This policy applies to all visitors, prospective customers, and customers of our Device-as-a-Service and Asset Tracking offerings, as well as any individuals whose data is processed in connection with managed devices or tracked assets. By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described here.

This policy is effective as of June 24, 2026 and may be updated from time to time in accordance with the section on Changes to This Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to deliver, secure, and improve our offerings. The categories below describe what we collect and the general purpose for each.

Personal information

  • Name, job title, and company name submitted through contact, demo, or quote request forms.
  • Email address, phone number, and billing address needed to respond to inquiries and provision accounts.
  • Business details such as fleet size, industry, and rollout timeline shared during sales conversations.

Usage and technical data

  • IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Pages visited, referral source, time on page, and other standard analytics events.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies, described further in the Cookies & Tracking section.

Device and telemetry data

  • For Device-as-a-Service (DaaS): device location, connectivity status (cellular and wifi), usage metrics, installed application inventory, and security posture collected through WeGuard.
  • For Asset Tracking: beacon location, geofence entry and exit events, battery level, and signal readings used to locate tracked assets in real time.
  • Operational telemetry such as crash reports, uptime, and configuration state used to keep fleets healthy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process information for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • Provisioning, managing, and supporting fleets of managed Android tablets under the Device-as-a-Service offering.
  • Delivering real-time location, geofencing, and asset visibility through the Asset Tracking product.
  • Responding to support tickets, sales inquiries, and demo requests, and communicating about your account.
  • Improving our products, features, and reliability through analytics and aggregated usage insights.
  • Detecting, preventing, and responding to security, fraud, and policy violations.
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations and complying with legal requirements.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the categories of recipients described below, and only as necessary to operate the services.

WeGuard

  • WeGuard is the mobile device management (MDM) and security layer that secures managed devices. Device and telemetry data required for enrollment, policy enforcement, and threat detection is processed through WeGuard under our instructions.

Connectivity providers

  • Cellular and wifi connectivity partners receive the identifiers and provisioning data needed to activate and maintain network service on managed tablets.

Subprocessors and service providers

  • Cloud infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, and billing vendors that process data on our behalf under written agreements with data protection terms.

Legal compliance

  • Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, users, or the public.

Business transfers

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, information may be transferred subject to confidentiality and continued adherence to this policy.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information across both offerings.

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored personal and telemetry data.
  • Role-based access controls and least-privilege access to production systems, enforced through WeGuard-aligned security practices.
  • Regular security reviews, vulnerability scanning, and incident response procedures.
  • SOC 2-type controls and operational practices including audit logging, change management, and vendor due diligence.
  • Continuous monitoring of managed devices and tracked assets for anomalous or unauthorized activity.

No system is perfectly secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when using online services.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal and device data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

  • Account and billing records are retained for the life of the customer relationship plus the period required by tax and accounting law.
  • Device and telemetry data is retained while the device is active under a Device-as-a-Service subscription and for a limited wind-down period after deactivation.
  • Asset Tracking location and geofence event data is retained for the duration of the tracking engagement and a configured historical window thereafter.
  • Marketing and inquiry data is retained for a reasonable period to respond to requests, then deleted or anonymized on request.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations. See Your Rights below.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand traffic, and improve your experience.

Types of cookies

  • Essential cookies required for the website to function and to maintain your preferences.
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • Marketing cookies, where enabled, used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and show relevant content.

If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

10. International Data Transfers

Our customers and infrastructure partners may be located in different countries. When we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
